Lauren Perrotta

A professional chaos coordinator, Lauren excels in streamlining and optimizing processes to improve focus. Her dedication to efficiency supports Capital A Wealth Management across multiple offices, enabling them to work more effectively and efficiently.

Lauren earned her MBA from Youngstown State University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron. She is certified in Lean and Six Sigma and holds a Black Belt in Innovation Engineering as well as a USPTO patent, proving her background in strategy and business optimization. Before joining Capital A, Lauren spent 15 years at an electric utility company, followed by a year at a tech company focusing on business strategy.

Lauren cherishes her family, which includes her husband, Ivano, and her two sons, Matteo and Marco. Outside the office, she enjoys family outings to Mill Creek Park, working out and cooking.
