Lauren Perrotta

Lauren is passionate about turning ideas into action. As Director of Growth & Strategic Execution at Capital A, she leads initiatives that support the firm’s growth, marketing strategy, and organizational priorities. She works closely with teams across the firm to drive execution, enhance the client experience, and help bring Capital A’s long-term vision to life.

Lauren earned her MBA from Youngstown State University and her bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron. She is certified in Lean and Six Sigma, holds a Black Belt in Innovation Engineering, and is a named inventor on a U.S. patent. She brings a unique mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset to support the firm’s continued growth.

Outside the office, Lauren values spending time with her husband, Ivano, and their sons, Matteo and Marco. She enjoys hanging out with family, outings to Mill Creek Park, staying active, and cooking.
