Karen Fazzone

A friendly face and voice ready to greet you, Karen works to make sure the office is open and comfortable to you and to make sure it’s efficiently running for our team. In addition to answering the phones and booking appointments, Karen also organizes our filing system and orders all supplies needed for our day-to-day operations to serve you.

Karen studied computer programming at Youngstown State University. She is a solid, positive part of our company who enjoys the busy office environment and meeting new people.

Karen is a longtime resident of Poland, Ohio, where she lives with her husband of nearly 40 years, Bill, and their cats, Willow and Bella. Bill is retired, and the couple has two grown children, Jason and Jaime. Jason is a financial analyst in Poland, Ohio, and their daughter Jaime is a board-certified doctor of pharmacy in Spokane, Washington. While away from the office, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, friends and joy-riding in their classic car.
