Carlo McIltrot

With a love for technology and a genuine desire to help others, Carlo saw the financial industry as a space where he could apply his technical skills to make a real, positive impact on people’s lives.

Before joining the Capital A team in 2025, Carlo was previously the data technology platform manager at TriState Capital Bank and a technology solutions consultant with Versivo. These roles provided him with experience in building and managing platforms that keep businesses running smoothly. He is a proud alumnus of Youngstown State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science.

Outside of the office, Carlo enjoys working out, playing guitar and attending concerts. He and his wife, Hannah, share their home with two dogs, Quill and Powder, and a cat named Oliver.
